You'll boost your self-esteem through powerful exercises and visualize successful performances. These techniques will help anchor your confidence and prepare you for future challenges.

MODULE THREE

Enhancing Mental Resilience

Increased toughness and ability to bounce back from setbacks.

DESCRIPTION

You'll develop strategies to handle and overcome setbacks. Through scenario planning and resilience training, you'll build mental toughness that serves you well in tough situations.

Self Discovery

This is the starting point, you embark on a journey of self-discovery. By identifying your ideas, values, interests, passions, and strengths, you’ll be able to start to map out a meaningful and fulfilling future beyond your current role and identity.

Duration: 3 hours

Purpose Discovery

The 'Purpose Discovery' module involves deep, perhaps lengthy, reflection exercises and visualisation techniques to help you discover and validate your new purpose beyond your work identity. You will leave this module feeling empowered and confident about your next phase of life.

Duration: 3 hours

Process Development

In this ‘foundation’ module, you’ll start to build a clear roadmap for your journey into the future. Through a clear understanding of goal-setting and action planning, you’ll gain the tools and techniques you need to navigate this significant transition. You may well find this quite different from any change you’ve managed before.

Duration: 3 hours

Support Development

This module will guide you in how to prepare yourself for the way forward. You’ll learn to ‘let go’ of the ‘past’ and the need for forgiveness and gratitude to facilitate this. We’ll discover who and what to avoid and how to identify ‘partners in believing’ who’ll support you in what may be a complex period of setting yourself free.

Managing Transition

Building on the previous module, you'll learn stress management techniques, how to deal with anxiety, and resilience-building strategies. You’ll learn to have faith and belief in yourself and transmit this to others. We’ll revisit the work you did in Modules 2 and 3 and fill out any additional detail or clarity. This module prepares you emotionally to manage the way forward seamlessly.

Duration: 3 hours

Harvesting Transition

In this module you’ll ‘launch’ your new ‘business’ of being YOU in ‘life-after-work’. You'll learn confidence-building exercises and ongoing action planning techniques to face any future fears and uncertainties. By paying attention to your intention without tension and with the support of your ‘team’ you can be confident your expectations will be met. This module ensures you step into your next phase ‘Powered Up’ with a sense of renewed significance and life force. Perhaps it’s time for a ‘starting party’!

Focusing Your Mind

OUTCOME

Improved concentration during training and competitions.

DESCRIPTION

You'll learn techniques to sharpen your focus during critical moments. Mindfulness meditation and focus drills will help you stay centered and concentrated when it matters most.

Goal Setting for Success

OUTCOME

Clear, attainable goals that motivate and guide progress.

DESCRIPTION

You'll learn to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. This structured approach will guide your progress and keep you motivated throughout your journey.

Cultivating a Winning Mindset

OUTCOME

A mindset oriented towards success and achievement.

DESCRIPTION

You'll shift your perspective to focus on success. By recognizing small victories and reframing failures as learning opportunities, you'll develop a mindset primed for achievement.

MODULE SEVEN

Advanced Mental Strategies

Mastery of mental tools that enhance athletic performance under pressure.

DESCRIPTION

You'll engage in high-pressure scenarios and learn advanced techniques to boost your mental toughness. These exercises will ensure you're ready to perform at your best when the stakes are high.

MODULE EIGHT

Integration and Future Planning

OUTCOME

A comprehensive set of tools and a plan for ongoing mental fitness.

DESCRIPTION

You'll reflect on your journey, consolidate your learning, and create a plan for your future growth. This final step ensures you have the tools to maintain and build on your mental gains long after you finish.

Peter is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, specializing in Smoking Cessation and Sports Mindset Peak Performance Coaching. With a deep understanding of the power of the mind, he creates a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their challenges and unlock their greatest potential.

For more than a decade Peter has combined his extensive training in hypnotherapy with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. His approach is grounded in empathy, allowing clients to feel heard and supported throughout their journey. Whether assisting individuals in breaking free from smoking, enhancing athletes' mental resilience, releasing anxiety, fears, and phobias, or delving into past lives he utilizes personalized techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

With a commitment to holistic well-being, Peter empowers clients to transform their lives, fostering lasting change and a positive mindset.

Outside of his practice, he enjoys dancing, traveling, and the outdoors.

He is a member of Snowpeaks Toastmasters as well as a hospice volunteer and cohost of the Chilliwack Death Café.
